We had a change in medical plans so I needed a new dentist. I had my first visit yesterday and it went great. The folks in the office were very nice and very helpful getting my insurance in line. The Doctor and his team were very friendly and informative. They took pictures and did my cleaning and I was out within an hour. I am very pleased with my decision to try these folks out.
Service was and all staff was so friendly , polite.The dentist, Mrs Boyd came out spoke with me pi personally. I really like that.All were so professional

I have been a patient at Boyd & Boyd Dentistry for over 15 years and I love everything about it. My routine exams are schedule promptly every 6 months at the end of every visit , Dr Boyd and Dr Cinthia Boyd always have a personal and friendly relationship with their patients always remembering them and making sure everything is going well. My son is almost 13 and has also been a patient with them since his young years pass pediatric dentistry phase. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I’m a big fan of the practice and would refer to anyone as their family dentistry practice!

I broke a tooth so I called Dr Boyd's office hoping for an appointment sometime this week. Dr Boyd not only saw me the same day but moved me straight into an appointment, fitted me for a crown, and attached a temporary crown. As ALWAYS, the entire staff defined professionalism.

Very friendly, professional office. Totally skilled and knowledgeable with years of experience. Also never try to sell you anything at all and even talked me out of spending additional money on bonding or Veneers because they didn’t think I needed it. Also the restroom was out of TP and Receptionist told Dr. Boyd and he changed immediately. So impressed that he didn’t feel above that. Great people!!!!

Everyone there is always very friendly and they stick to their appointment times. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back, even when I was a little early.
The session began promptly and concluded without fuss or unnecessary detail. I liked beginning with a check by Dr. Boyd, then proceeding with the technical stuff, and I especially appreciate dispensing with the onerous and unreliable "numbers game" around the gum line.

Dr. Boyd, was excellent in assisting me with my oral mouth appliance. He explained everything to me at my first initial visit. Things went exactly how he said it would. Once appliance was ready I went in appointment was at 7:30 by 7:45 I was walking out the door after completely going over everything with me. Office staff very friendly. Most of all Dr. Boyd saved me a pretty penny ????????.
A great time. Megan was a total pro, and gave useful pointers on how I could do even better. The best part, though, was that Dr Boyd didn't find any cavities or need for new crowns :-). It's a wonderful, friendly office -- always helpful, even going above and beyond in dealing with insurance things (thanks, Collette!).

I've just experienced what is probably the most agreeable X-ray session ever at the dentist's. My cleaning session proceeded smoothly and the hygienist gave me information on improving my at-home dental care.

Hygienist was super efficient, getting us out in time to make piano lessons. She was fun and playful while getting the work done. My girls really enjoyed her! I did too, great attitude. Also, front desk gal did not forget to send my receipts the next morning so I could apply for Flexible Spending accts repayment. I thought I might have to call and remind her, but nope, she sent it as promised!!

I found Heather to be both professional and personable. She escorted me in a few minutes ahead of time, and went through my tedious medical circumstances conscientiously. Dr. Boyd's two visits proved reassuring. Although an X-Ray seemed necessary, I was glad to leave without having to sit through the Numbers Game and without leaving a deposit behind.

Considering Boyds have been my Dentists for 25 some years I and I plan to stay with them. Their diagnosis and treatment has been excellent and follow up has been great.

I admire the team at Boyd & Boyd for having to delicately balance the dental service needed by their patients and the emotions that come with someone laying back in the chair with instruments in their mouths. A very vulnerable position. Nonetheless, I respect the Boyd & Boyd for bringing their best selves to work and to provide an exceptional service important to all of us. Additional respect to Dr. C. for taking time to pvide free dental service to senior citizens. She helps them maintain their dignity.
